Outraged parents are demanding a Virginia school board ax its superintendent and then resign en masse following claims the district tried to cover up two alleged sexual assaults by the same male student.

Rape, or political correctness???

More than 60 parents and students addressed the Loudoun County School Board during a fiery meeting Tuesday night in the wake of the two alleged assaults that occurred at two different schools on May 28 and Oct. 6.
The parents urged the board to “end this nightmare” by holding themselves accountable and getting rid of Superintendent Scott Ziegler, Fox News reports.
The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to The Post on Wednesday that they are handling two sexual assault cases that occurred on two different campuses within the district.

In the more recent case, a 15-year-old boy was arrested after allegedly forcing a female student into an empty classroom at Broad Run High School before inappropriately touching her on Oct. 6, according to the sheriff’s office.
The 15-year-old remains in custody after being charged with sexual battery and abduction.
The same student, who was 14 at the time, was previously arrested over the May 28 alleged sexual assault at Stone Bridge High School, 7News reports.
Scott Smith revealed to the Daily Wire this week that his ninth-grade daughter was the victim in the May case after a male student “wearing a skirt” allegedly attacked her in the girl’s bathroom.
Smith’s attorney said the boy was eventually charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio. It wasn’t immediately clear what action the school took against the student in the wake of the allegations.

Smith has claimed the male student took advantage of the school district’s transgender policy by gaining access to the female restroom to allegedly assault his daughter.
Smith was arrested at a Loudoun County board meeting for disorderly conduct back in June after he erupted when Ziegler said the school hadn’t had any incidents involving a transgender student in bathrooms and declared that “the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist.”Angry parents used the school board meeting Tuesday to accuse Ziegler and the school district of trying to cover up the alleged sexual assaults by doing nothing about them.
A spokesperson for the district said both incidents were immediately reported to the sheriff’s office and they cooperated with the investigations.

“Your moral compasses are busted! You, Dr. Ziegler, and our school board — every one of you — are complicit in these crimes against our children because you did nothing about it, nothing,” one mother said during the board meeting. “What is worse than a child being raped at school? The cover-up by those who are trusted with the safety and well-being of children. Today, Scott Ziegler must resign for the unconscionable act of allowing an alleged rapist back into school to rape again, and for that cover-up,” another mother declared.

Another added: “This is not China, this is the United States of America, and we will not be silenced. Remove the superintendent immediately and then resign for your negligence and duplicity. End this nightmare.”
Loudoun County’s divisive school board meetings have made headlines in recent months over issues ranging from transgender policies to mask mandates and critical race theory.
